â Key Responsibilities:
- Lead academic, clinical, and administrative functions of the Gynae & Obs Department.
- Conduct theory classes, practicals, and case-based discussions for MBBS and PG students.
- Supervise major and minor surgeries (LSCS, hysterectomies, laparoscopic procedures, etc.).
- Mentor and guide PG students in thesis, clinical training, and research publications.
- Oversee labor room, OT, and antenatal/postnatal ward rounds.
- Ensure clinical audits, patient care quality, and adherence to NABH/NMC protocols.
- Publish papers in indexed journals and support departmental research.
- Organize CMEs, workshops, and contribute to curriculum development.
- Coordinate with hospital administration and inspection bodies like NMC.
