We are looking for a hands-on Lead/ Senior DevOps Engineer to raise the bar for our DevOps practice, mentor the team, and help evolve our DevOps function into a up-to-date, product-minded Platform Engineering capability. You’ll lead day-to-day work, partnering closely with Dunnhumby leadership, and drive high-quality outcomes across infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, observability, and developer experience. You’ll collaborate directly with software teams and treat platforms as products—anchored by user feedback, clear roadmaps, SLOs,



and measurable improvements to delivery speed and reliability.

What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a small team of DevOps engineers in IST, providing day-to-day guidance, pairing, and structured growth plans.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to help deliver a platform-as-product: contributing to clear roadmaps, customer feedback loops, SLOs, and well-documented golden paths.
- Own cloud infrastructure (GCP, some Azure) using infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
- Design, standardize, and continuously improve CI/CD pipeli
