Position: Ticketing Executive

Job Overview:
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and skilled Ticketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all ticketing operations and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and issue flight tickets for clients using various booking systems
- Handle inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, availability, and pricing
- Assist clients with booking changes, cancellations, and refunds
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all ticketing transactions
- Maintain updated knowledge of airline policies, procedures,



and regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient ticketing operations
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Keep track of ticketing inventory and report any discrepancies to the supervisor
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to provide the best possible service to clients
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ticketing operations, preferably in the travel industry
- Proficient in using ticketing software and booking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
