Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessment of cognitive functions in individuals with brain injury and related neurological conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized cognitive retraining programs based on patient needs.
- Provide counseling and guidance to patients and caregivers to support rehabilitation and daily functioning.
- Deliver Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) sessions to address emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective rehabilitation outcomes.
- Educate caregivers on home-based strategies and cognitive support techniques.
- Participate in case discussions, treatment planning, and follow-up evaluations.
Requirements
Preferred Qualification
- Master’s Degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Rehabilitation Psychology or related field.
- Experience in neurorehabilitation or cognitive therapy preferred.
- Solid communication and counseling skills.
- Knowledge in cognitive assessment and rehabilitation techniques.
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams.
- Patient-centered approach with good documentation skills.
