Job Description:

Position: Recruiter

-
Location: Mumbai ( Ghatkopar ) & Kolkata (Beliaghata Crossing)
- Office Timing - 9.30 To 7 Pm ( Alternate Saturday Off )

Key Responsibilities:

-
Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for positions in accounting and finance.

-
Coordinate interviews, background checks, and onboarding for recent hires.

-
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and job specifications.

-
Maintain an up-to-date candidate pipeline and keep records in the recruitment system.

-
Attend job fairs, networking events, and actively engage on professional platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).

-
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in the hiring process.

-
Provide guidance on hiring trends and best practices.

-
Ensure compliance with legal hiring practices.
