Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Lead to oversee the quality assurance process for Web and Progressive Web Applications (PWA) in the Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance domain. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in functional, regression, and end-to-end testing of insurance applications, as well as a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the QA strategy, planning, execution, and delivery of web and PWA applications
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to understand requirements and define comprehensive test strategies
- Design and review test cases for functional, regression, integration, and UI testing
- Ensure coverage of domain-specific scenarios related to consumer warranty insurance, policy administration, claims, underwriting, billing, and customer portals
- Coordinate test planning, execution, defect tracking, and closure
- Manage a team of QA engineers, ensuring proper task allocation, support, and mentoring
- Provide QA status updates, metrics,



and quality indicators during sprint reviews and release planning
- Work closely with developers to perform root cause analysis and resolve issues
- Contribute to the test automation strategy and review automation coverage for regression cycles
- Ensure testing aligns with compliance and data privacy requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–10 years of QA experience with at least 2+ years in a QA Lead role
- Robust experience in Web and PWA application testing
- Good understanding of Property & Casualty insurance workflows (e.g., consumer warranty insurance, policy lifecycle, claims, billing)
- Have experience in multiple device and browser testing.
- Proficient in writing test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business requirements
- Experience with test management tools like Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar
