Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee technical and production operations across all manufacturing sections — Tape, Lamination,
- Drive initiatives to improve yield, efficiency, and product quality across departments.
- Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production targets to meet business objectives.
- Analyze process performance and implement technical improvements to reduce waste and downtime.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams for smooth plant operations.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Manage manpower, training, and shift planning to optimize productivity.
- Prepare and review MIS reports, production summaries, and performance metrics.
- Lead continuous improvement projects using lean manufacturing or other efficiency tools.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or any Graduate in relevant field.
- 10–15 years of experience in technical and production management, preferably in woven sack or polymer-based manufacturing.
- Robust understanding of tape, weaving, lamination, and stitching operations.
- Proven ability to improve productivity, quality, and process efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
