We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with solid expertise in payroll configuration, Employee Central integration, and SAP payroll processes.

Requirements
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

• Expertise in Payroll Configuration, PCRs, Schemas & Wage Types

• Experience with Retro Calculations, Off-Cycle Payroll & Payroll Calendars

• Strong knowledge of EC, Time Management, HRIS Sync & Benefits integration

• Experience with Payroll Posting to FI/CO and Payroll Reconciliation

• Hands-on experience with Payroll Testing, Validation & Troubleshooting

• Experience using AI-assisted tools for documentation, testing & issue analysis

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
