Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our manufacturing team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment, as well as contributing to the growth of our business through sales and customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical repair and maintenance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, making recommendations for repairs and improvements
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards
- Collaborate with production staff to resolve equipment-related issues and optimize production processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to identify sales opportunities and promote our products
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business




- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in mechanical repair and maintenance

Requirements
Requirements:
- ${Experience} years of experience in mechanical repair and maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with production staff, customers, and other stakeholders
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced workplace
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if applicable)
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends (if necessary)
