Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Associate to support our Export–Import,

Freight Forwarding & Logistics verticals. The role involves general sales activities, targeted calling,

LMS updates, follow-ups, quoting support, and close coordination with internal teams—while

learning about customs, logistics, and international forwarding.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted sales calls and generate leads
- Schedule meetings, track follow-ups, and maintain communication
- Update LMS/CRM with leads, activities, meeting outcomes, and pipeline status




- Support quote preparation, rate negotiation inputs, and strategic planning
- Coordinate with operations for shipment info and customer updates
- Assist customers with basic EXIM, customs, and freight queries (training provided)
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports (DSRs)
- Support other sales and business development activities as required

Requirements
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
- Positive follow-up discipline and customer handling ability
- Willingness to learn EXIM, customs, and forwarding processes
- Proficiency in MS Office & Google Sheets
- Positive attitude, organised, and target-driven
