To perform laboratory investigations accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with quality standards, laboratory protocols, safety guidelines, and prescribed turnaround times (TAT).
Key Responsibilities

Receive, label, process, and analyze patient samples.

Perform laboratory tests as per SOPs and maintain accurate records.

Ensure timely reporting and adherence to TAT.

Perform Internal & External Quality Control (IQC/EQC) activities.
-
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.

Monitor reagent and consumable inventory and ensure proper utilization.
-
Maintain laboratory documentation and patient records.
-
Follow laboratory safety, infection control,
and biomedical waste management protocols.

Report critical values and non-conformities to the concerned authority.

Coordinate effectively with Pathologists, clinicians, and team members.

Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with organizational policies.
Qualification
-
DMLT / BMLT / MLT or equivalent qualification.
Experience
-
1–5 years of experience in a Diagnostic Laboratory, Hospital Laboratory, or Pathology Laboratory.
