As a Senior Associate in SAP Human Capital, you will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management,



and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality.
