Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Evening Shift)

Cab Facility: Drop Cab provided at 3:00 AM

Are you passionate about US Talent Acquisition and experienced in coordinating with US stakeholders? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented US Business Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing US Talent Acquisition Team and play a key role in delivering a seamless recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling for US-based hiring teams.

Partner with US recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Manage interview calendars, candidate communications, and scheduling logistics.

Act as the primary point of contact between candidates and hiring teams.

Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.





Handle multiple hiring requirements while maintaining accuracy and timelines.

Maintain recruitment data, interview records, and recruitment reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support hiring objectives and process improvements.

Required Skills

2–4 years of experience in US Talent Acquisition or US Interview Coordination

Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle

Experience working with US stakeholders and hiring managers

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Outstanding articulation and executive presence

Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Experience using ATS and recruitment coordination tools is an added advantage
