Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Billing
Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end billing operations for our
satellite communication and managed connectivity services business. The
incumbent will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing of
recurring data services, airtime usage, hardware rentals, managed services, and
project-related charges while leading a billing team and coordinating with
Sales, Customer Experience, Activation, Product, and Finance departments.

The ideal candidate should have
experience in the Telecom, ISP, Satellite Communications, Data Services, or
Managed Services industry and possess solid expertise in billing systems,
revenue assurance, customer invoicing, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

Billing Operations
- Manage the complete billing lifecycle for data
connectivity and satellite communication services.
- Ensure accurate generation of monthly recurring
invoices, usage-based invoices, and one-time charges.
- Oversee billing for VSAT, Starlink, Inmarsat,
Iridium, managed IT services, airtime plans, hardware rentals,



and project
services.
- Review customer contracts, service orders, and
activation requests to ensure correct billing setup.
- Monitor billing accuracy and ensure compliance with
contractual terms.

Team Management
- Lead and manage the Billing team to achieve
departmental objectives.
- Allocate work, monitor productivity, and ensure SLA
adherence.
- Conduct performance reviews and support team
development initiatives.
- Establish process controls and standard operating
procedures.

Revenue Assurance &
Controls
- Ensure all activated services are billed accurately
and timely.
- Identify revenue leakages and implement corrective
measures.
- Reconcile service activations, usage records, and
invoices.
- Coordinate with Product, Activation, and NOC teams
for billing validation.

Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the escalation point for billing-related
customer issues.
