We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our Data Science, Reporting & Analytics team. This role will be responsible for designing, building, and operationalizing scalable machine learning solutions while contributing to the development of modern data platforms and data engineering capabilities.
The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in machine learning with strong data engineering skills, enabling them to build end-to-end solutions from data ingestion and transformation through model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
This individual will partner closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Analytics teams, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions that create measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Machine Learning Solution Development
• Design, develop, train, validate, and optimize machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, or similar frameworks.
• Build predictive, classification, recommendation, NLP, and generative AI solutions to solve business problems.
• Develop reusable ML frameworks, feature stores, and model-serving architectures.
Data Engineering & Data Platform Development
• Design and develop scalable data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and processing of structured and unstructured data.
