Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality policies, procedures, and standards (QMS).
- Ensure adherence to company and industry standards and customer specifications.
- Oversee inspection of incoming fabrics, trims, and accessories.
- Conduct in-line, random, and final product inspections for fit, construction, and workmanship.
- Approve samples, patterns, prints, and washes.
- Collaborate with production to resolve quality issues (stitching, washing, finishing).
- Implement quality control techniques and processes for continuous improvement and waste reduction.
- Monitor performance, analyse data, and generate reports as required by the management.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to ensure quality practices to be followed.
- Work with purchasing to set supplier quality requirements.
- Liaise with buyers/merchandisers on technical aspects and approvals.
- Maintain quality records, SOPs, and control documentation.
- Prepare statistical reports and present findings to management.
