We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Relations Manager to join our
team. The ideal candidate will excel in written and verbal communication, possess
strong email writing skills, be adept at crafting sales proposals, manage tasks for
the Managing Director efficiently, and demonstrate exceptional proficiency in
PowerPoint and MS Office. This role also involves building and maintaining client
relationships, conducting meetings, providing post-meeting follow-ups, and acting
as a key point of contact for client engagement.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaboration with the Founder:
- Work directly with the Founder to manage and nurture stakeholder
relationships.
- Assist the Founder in preparing and delivering impactful sales pitches
tailored to clients' needs.
- Support the Founder during high-profile meetings, ensuring discussions are
documented effectively and actionable points are followed up.
2. Communication Excellence:
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients.
- Ensure timely follow-ups after initial meetings, taking ownership to drive
discussions forward.
- Draft and edit emails with clarity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Handle phone calls and correspondence promptly.
3. Sales Proposal Development:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals tailored to client
requirements.

persuasive proposals.
4. Client Relationship Management:
- Conduct meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their
