We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment activities, manage client hiring requirements, and drive successful talent acquisition outcomes across multiple industries and job functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to independently manage recruitment mandates while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Understand client hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates for mid-level and senior-level positions.
- Conduct detailed candidate assessments and competency-based interviews.
- Coordinate and manage interview processes between clients and candidates.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
- Handle salary negotiations, offer discussions, and candidate closures.




- Ensure timely delivery of quality candidates against client timelines and expectations.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases with high accuracy.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Mentor, guide, and support Junior Recruiters to improve team productivity and performance.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Achieve individual and team recruitment targets while maintaining service quality.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, or staffing.
Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment independently.
Solid understanding of sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and interview methodologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
