The ideal candidate must have 10+ years of hands-on experience in melting using Induction Furnaces and casting with Centrifugal Casting Machines. Responsibilities include managing the foundry team, ensuring quality casting, optimizing melting processes, and maintaining safety and production efficiency. The role demands solid technical knowledge of metallurgy, process control, and equipment maintenance. Experience in copper alloy composition control and foundry best practices is essential.
