Our client is building an AI-native operations platform for commercial trades such as HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and related services—large, essential industries that still operate with manual processes and fragmented systems.

Clara works alongside existing systems and helps run day-to-day operations, including customer intake, scheduling, dispatch, and payments. The product is live, revenue-generating, and scaling with real customers.

The company is past the experimental phase and operating in a post–product-market-fit, pre-scale stage, with robust customer adoption, retention, and rapid growth.

- The company has clear market pull, paying customers, and momentum. The next phase requires stronger end-to-end ownership across product and execution.
- Today, product direction, prioritisation, and execution decisions are highly founder-driven. This role is designed to add a senior execution leader who can take ownership of product outcomes, introduce operating discipline, and align Product, Engineering, and GTM as the organisation scales.




- This hire is critical to building a durable, repeatable execution engine and reducing dependency on any single individual for day-to-day decision-making.

The Role
- This is a founding-level product leadership role focused on execution, prioritisation, and cross-functional alignment.
- It is not a narrowly scoped PM role and not a people-management-only role.
- You will work closely with Arnav Anand (Founder & CEO) and act as a senior point of accountability across product delivery, engineering execution, and GTM alignment.
- This role sets direction and operating clarity for the broader product and engineering organisation, including Product Managers and senior engineers.
