Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Automation/ Lead Automation QA Engineer with strong expertise in
test automation and software quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on
experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks for
web applications, APIs, Mobile, Desktop and backend services. The role involves working
closely with Development, Product, and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases through
automated testing, continuous integration, and robust quality engineering practices.
Preference would be given if candidate has Automation experience for Capital Market
Products.

Desired Candidate Profile
• Primary Skills: Senior Test Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Web,
Mobile, Desktop, and API Automation using Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and
Python.
• 6–10+ years of experience in Software Testing with strong expertise in automation




framework development and implementation.
• Experience in automating Web, Mobile (Android/iOS), Desktop, and API
applications.
• Strong knowledge of Python, Selenium, Playwright, Appium, PyTest/BDD
frameworks, and automation best practices.
• Experience with API testing tools and methodologies.
• Valuable understanding of database testing, SQL validation, and backend data
verification.

• Strong understanding of OOP concepts and automation framework design.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to mentor team members and contribute to automation best practices.
• FinTech, Banking, Payments, or other enterprise domain experience preferred.
