ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

The Business Development Internship Program is a structured, learning-oriented initiative designed to provide fresh graduates with real-world exposure to corporate sales and business development practices within the renewable energy sector. This internship is a PAID internship strictly non-target based and non-incentive based. The primary objective is training, professional grooming, and performance evaluation, not revenue generation. Upon successful completion of the 12-month internship, interns will be evaluated for full-time employment opportunities based on performance, conduct, and organizational requirements.

ROLE OBJECTIVE

The Business Development Intern will work closely with the Sales & Business Development team to gain practical exposure to:

• Business development processes
• Client interaction and coordination
• Market and field operations
• CRM systems and reporting
• Professional communication and corporate work culture

This role is intended to build a robust foundation for a long-term career in sales, business development,



and the renewable energy industry.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business Development Support

• Assist senior executives in day-to-day business development activities
• Support lead coordination, follow-ups, and customer interaction under supervision
• Observe and understand customer requirement analysis and solution presentation

2. Client Interaction & Field Exposure

• Accompany senior team members for site visits and client meetings
• Learn skilled client communication, presentation, and follow-up etiquette
• Assist in maintaining customer interaction records

3. CRM & Documentation

• Support data entry and updates in the company’s CRM system
• Assist in preparing basic reports, records, and internal documentation
• Learn documentation processes related to sales and project execution

4. Market Research & Learning

• Assist in basic market research activities such as competitor analysi
