- Responsible for end-to-end program management of setting up warehouse facilities for different categories
- Responsible for Manpower Planning, Vehicle planning, Cost Planning and performance Analytics for the warehouse operations
- Responsible for market visits, facility scouting, negotiations, Asset Procurement & completion of facility onboarding within defined timelines
- Define processes of Inventory management, Inbound, Dispatch, Quality Checks & other warehousing activities
- Define metrics to monitor operations’ performance & recommend initiatives to enhance customer experience.
- Build visibility of the operations’ performance & work with cross-functional stakeholders as well as external parties to achieve the defined targets
- Track the completion of projects & publish periodic updates with the leadership team
- Ideate & execute projects directed at reducing business costs & maximizing operational efficiency
- Build the warehouse org comprising of on-roll & off-role employees & ensure hiring, process training, MIS reporting, etc.

KRAs:




- Timely onboarding of planned warehouses in different markets as per the defined TAT
- Build processes to ensure 95% OT and 100% IF for the planned orders
- Build capability to enable quick commerce services for priority orders
- Monitor the design P&L; & arrest the warehouse cost within the planned budget
- On-time completion of asset building, org hiring, vendor onboarding, etc.
- Zero expiry and zero unreported damaged stocks within the warehouse
- 100% complaint resolution within 24 hours of contact generation

Requirements:
- Preferred Industry: Cement / TMT
- Education- PGDM / Post-graduate (preferably with SCM Specialization)
- Must be experienced in Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain Planning, Program Management & Process Excellence
- SAP Knowledge, MS Office, and Advanced Excel knowledge are mandatory
- Robust Communication and Analytical Skills
