Your Tasks

The Researcher – Formulation Development contributes to developing innovative and improved products within the Body Even Tone category. The role focuses on hands-on formulation, supporting project execution, and delivering high-quality R&D; outputs within defined timelines under moderate supervision.





Key Responsibilities
- Project / Insight Management
- Support project execution by providing timely updates, experimental results, and documentation. Participate in formulation development and lab activities.
- Execute defined tasks within low-complexity innovation or renovation projects with guidance.
- Plan and manage assigned activities related to supply chain and product roll-outs, handling multiple tasks with effective prioritization.
- Formulation Development & Technology Support
- Develop, optimize, and evaluate body care formulations (e.g., lotions, creams) ensuring stability, performance, and compliance.
- Support value management and supply chain projects, including cost optimization and troubleshooting.
- Build understanding of category trends, competitor products, consumer insights, and ingredient technologies.
