We are seeking an experienced and innovative Technical Lead - AI/ML Engineering to lead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI-powered enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in full stack engineering, cloud architecture, and up-to-date Artificial Intelligence technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI systems, and scalable machine learning platforms.

As a Technical Lead, you will drive technical strategy, mentor engineering teams, and deliver highly scalable, secure, and intelligent applications that support business growth and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

AI/ML & Generative AI Leadership :

Lead the architecture and development of AI/ML platforms and enterprise AI applications
Design and implement LLM-based solutions including :
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Agentic AI workflows
Conversational AI systems
AI summarization engines
Embedding pipelines
Build scalable machine learning pipelines for model training, inference, monitoring,



and optimization
Drive adoption of Generative AI best practices and AI governance standards
Collaborate with Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver AI-driven business solutions

Technical Architecture & Engineering

Lead architectural design and technical decision-making for enterprise applications
Ensure engineering best practices including code quality, testing, scalability, and performance optimization
Manage integrations with internal systems and third-party services
Drive modernization initiatives across applications and infrastructure

Team Leadership & Delivery

Mentor and guide engineering teams on AI/ML and software development best practices
Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical mentoring sessions
Drive Agile development processes and ensure timely project delivery
