The project:
The project involves the design and development of a fully operational data center located in Mumbai.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) practices, ensuring compliance with Mace standards, policies and industry requirements across projects.
- Drive assurance activities through audits, inspections and ISO management systems, supporting operational excellence and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyse performance data, audits, incidents and KPIs to identify trends, mitigate risks and implement effective corrective actions that enhance project outcomes.
- Support and lead incident investigations,



ensuring lessons learned are captured and embedded to strengthen organisational performance and resilience.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing expert guidance and influencing positive health, safety and wellbeing outcomes.
- Champion responsible business practices and contribute to the net zero carbon transition through the proactive identification, management and reduction of carbon impacts during project delivery.

You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in the relevant field.
