CORE COMPOSITES MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE
- Manufacturing of composites.
- Composite manufacturing processes (autoclave, vacuum bagging, curing)
- CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer) manufacturing.
- Carbon fiber reinforced fabric handling and processing.
- Composite layup operations and techniques.

COMPOSITE STRUCTURES & COMPONENTS
- Composite structures design and manufacturing.
- Large composite component fabrication.
- Complex geometry composite parts.
- Structural composite assemblies.
- Multi-layer laminate structures.

QUALITY CONTROL & ASSURANCE
- Quality control of composite products.
- In-process quality inspection for composites.
- Composite material inspection and testing.
- Laminate quality verification (fiber orientation, resin content, void analysis)
- Dimensional inspection of composite parts.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Mechanical Engineering degree (Bachelor's/Master's)

14 - 16 years of experience in composites quality.
