Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Tour Consultant to assist clients with travel planning, visa processing, tour packages, and travel-related services. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of visa procedures, travel documentation, customer service, and itinerary planning.
Key Responsibilities
Visa Processing
- Handle visa applications and documentation for various countries.
- Verify and process visa forms and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa centers.
- Schedule visa appointments and track application status.
- Guide clients on passport validity, travel insurance, and visa requirements.
- Ensure compliance with immigration and travel regulations.
Travel Consultation
- Assist customers with tour packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel itineraries.
- Provide travel advice and destination information.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide end-to-end travel support.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
Operations & Coordination
- Maintain accurate client records and travel documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners.
- Stay updated on visa policies, travel regulations, and industry trends.
- Ensure timely processing of applications and bookings.
Required Skills
- Experience in visa processing and travel consultation.
- Good knowledge of international travel documentation and visa requirements.
- Robust customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of CRM and Travel ERP systems.
- Familiarity with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, o
