Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated UI/UX + Frontend Engineer to join our agile IT Services team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping intuitive, visually compelling, and high-performance digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will bridge the gap between design and development, translating wireframes and prototypes into responsive, accessible, and scalable front-end solutions. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and deliver user-centered digital products.
- Create and maintain high-fidelity UI mockups, interactive prototypes,



and design systems using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
- Develop responsive, performant, and accessible front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
- Implement pixel-perfect designs while ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve product design and functionality.
- Optimize front-end performance, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO best practices.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in UI/UX design, front-end technologies, and user behavior.
