Chi Networks is seeking an L2 Citrix Engineer to support and manage Citrix-based environments for enterprise customers. This role is ideal for a technically robust professional who has hands-on experience with Citrix administration and is comfortable working in a 24Ã7 managed services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2-level support for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp / XenDesktop) environments
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to Citrix performance, access, and availability
- Handle tickets escalated from L1 teams and ensure timely resolution as per SLAs
- Perform routine administration, maintenance,
and health checks of Citrix infrastructure
- Assist with patching, upgrades, and configuration changes
- Coordinate with internal teams (Network, Windows, Storage) for issue resolution
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and incident reports
- Participate in shift rotations supporting 24Ã7Ã365 operations
Requirements
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Citrix administration / support
- Strong knowledge of:
- Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops
- Citrix StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, and License Servers
- Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
- Active Directory, Group Policy, basic networking concepts
- Experience working in an ITIL / ticket-driven environment
- Ability to troubleshoot performance and user access issues
- Citrix certification (CCA / CCP) is a plus
