Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Workflow
Management
- Manage the daily priorities and workload of the creative team.
- Assign projects based on capacity, skillset, and deadlines.
- Remove roadblocks and ensure team members have the resources
needed to execute successfully.
- Conduct regular team meetings, monitor progress, and
proactively communicate project status.
- Mentor and coach team members while fostering collaboration and
continuous improvement.

Project & Production Management
- Translate marketing requests into actionable project plans with
explicit deliverables, timelines, and owners.
- Ensure projects move efficiently through each stage of
production while meeting established deadlines.
- Monitor project schedules and proactively identify risks or
delays.
- Coordinate cross-functional work between marketing, creative,
and other departments.
- Ensure all work follows established Standard Operating
Procedures (SOPs) and production workflows.

Quality Assurance & Brand Management
- Review creative deliverables before submission to ensure they




meet quality expectations.
- Ensure all content, website updates, graphics, and marketing
assets adhere to brand guidelines and messaging standards.
- Verify that deliverables are accurate, complete, and aligned
with project objectives before final approval.
- Maintain consistency across all marketing materials and digital
experiences.

Process Improvement
- Continuously improve creative workflows, documentation, and
SOPs to increase efficiency and consistency.
- Identify opportunities to streamline communication, reduce
bottlenecks, and improve project visibility.
- Track team performance metrics and recommend improvements to
productivity and quality.

Communication & Stakeholder Support
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Director of Product
Marketing and the creative team.
- Clearly communicate priorities, deadlines, and expectations.
