Key Responsibilities:

à Partner
with hiring managers to identify current and future staffing needs.

à Develop
and post job descriptions on various job portals, social media, and company
career page.

à Source
candidates through databases, social platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.),
referrals, and networking events.

à Screen
resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial
rounds.

à Maintain
a pipeline of qualified candidates for frequently hired roles.

à Ensure
a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

à Negotiate
offers and manage pre-joining formalities in coordination with HR operations.

à Track
and report key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill,



offer-to-joining ratio).

à Stay
updated on trends in recruitment, employer branding, and industry best
practices.

Qualification & Skills:

à Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

à 2–5
years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency preferred).

à Hands-on
experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.

à Strong
interpersonal, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

à Ability
to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple openings
simultaneously.

à High
level of integrity and professionalism.

Years of Experience:

Minimum
of 2 years of experience in
Recruitment,
specifically from BFSI sector
