The SAP Lead – Supply Chain Planning provides business process analysis, solution design, and application support across end-to-end planning capabilities in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). This role partners directly with Supply Chain business stakeholders to document requirements, identify process and system gaps, propose options (including proof-of-concept where appropriate), and implement sustainable solutions. Responsibilities include supporting and enhancing planning processes in S/4HANA (including MRP, demand/independent requirements, consumption strategies, and related master data/process integration) and the full IBP solution footprint (e.g.,



demand, supply, inventory, response & supply, and integrated planning), leveraging contemporary SAP user experiences and tools such as SAP Fiori and SAP Joule where applicable.

CORE SKILLS & EXPERTISE
1.SAP IBP modules: Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP;
2.IP configuration: planning areas, key figures, heuristics, optimizers
3.Integration: CI-DS, RTI, CIF, CPI-DS for IBP ↔ S/4HANA data flows
4.S/4HANA: MRP, master data, process synchronization
5.Analytics: SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), IBP Excel Add-In, KPI modeling (MAPE, DoS, OTIF)
6.APO to IBP migration experience (preferred)
7.SAP Fiori for MRP & planning execution (MRP Cockpit apps): Monitor/Manage Material Coverage (F0247A/F2101A/F0251A), Monitor Internal/External Requirements (F0263/F0246), Schedule MRP Runs (F1339), Display MRP Issues & Key Figures (F1425/F1426)
