Job Title : Master Trainer (EV,CNG & ICE Vehicles)
Location: Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab
Working days: 5 days WFO
Job Description
The Master Trainer is responsible for delivering and supervising advanced technical training across Electric Vehicle (EV), Internal Combustion Engine (ICE), and CNG technologies. This role also includes center operations leadership, ensuring smooth administration, compliance, mobilization performance, training quality, and placement outcomes. The Master Trainer plays a dual role: senior technical expert and center operations lead.
Responsibilities
∙ Conduct and supervise training sessions on EV, ICE, and CNG systems.
∙ Deliver hands-on practical training using real components, tools, and diagnostic equipment for 2 & 3 Wheelers.
∙ Train on EV motors, controllers, BMS, batteries, wiring, charging, and diagnostics.
∙ Train on petrol engine repair, servicing, BS6 systems, and diagnostics.
∙ Train on CNG kit installation, leak testing, pressure checks, calibration, and safety protocols.
∙ Prepare lesson plans, practical schedules,
learning materials, and assessments.
∙ Evaluate trainees through theory and practical tests.
∙ Maintain EV/ICE/CNG lab setups, tools, and equipment.
∙ Implement high-voltage EV safety and high-pressure CNG safety practices.
∙ Maintain trainee attendance, assessment records, documentation, and registration.
∙ Build industry connections for placements and organize employer meets, visits, and guest sessions.
∙ Lead and support trainers, mobilizers, placement coordinators.
∙ Achieve the center’s mobilization, training, and placement targets as defined by the project.
∙ Manage day-to-day center administration to ensure smooth and productive operations.
∙ Generate and coordinate job opportunities for students through industry engagement and employer networks.
∙ Prepare reports and monitor all center activities to ensure compliance and training quality.
∙ Maintain overall discipline, decorum
