Job Summary

A trainee working in Production plays a key role in assembling vehicles on the line by following well-defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role offers hands-on exposure to advanced manufacturing processes and demands precision, attention to detail,



and consistency. Trainees develop strong problem-solving skills, discipline, and the ability to work with focus in a dynamic shop-floor environment, while contributing directly to meeting production targets and upholding the highest quality standards.

Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Help in the production process, making sure that machines and equipment run smoothly and efficiently
- Help test the functionality of parts and products and provide feedback on any issues
- Suggest ways to make production more efficient and reduce costs
- Always follow safety procedures to ensure a protected work environment

Competency Required:

Functional
- Understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing techniques. Knowledge of tools like torque wrenches, machinery, and equipment used in the production process
- Ability to diagnose issues and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults
- Ability to maintain
