What You’ll Do
This role sits at the intersection of design and product — and it matters right now because Birdeye is reimagining how AI can do the work for our 150,000+ business customers. You won't be handed a spec sheet. You'll help write it.
You'll own the end-to-end experience of AI-driven product workflows — from the first prototype to the shipped product — and your decisions will directly shape how we build for the next decade.
This is a remote-first role open to candidates based in India. Work hours will align with the IST timezone
Responsibilities:
This is a hands-on IC role — we're not looking for someone to manage designers, we're looking for someone who still loves to build.
- Design and define AI-native product workflows, including automation and agent-driven experiences.
- Rapidly prototype product ideas using AI tools, APIs, and live environments to validate concepts early.
- Contribute to defining end-to-end user workflows, including interaction patterns and system behavior.
- Mentor designers on hands-on prototyping and product thinking to help strengthen product-building capabilities within the team.
