Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance testing of digital courseware, educational content, and learning platforms.
- Review content for accuracy, completeness, formatting, and adherence to project requirements.
- Execute test cases and document defects using defect tracking tools.
- Validate functionality across multiple browsers, devices, and platforms.
- Verify links, media assets, assessments, interactive elements, and learning activities.
- Conduct regression testing after issue resolution.
- Collaborate with project managers, content teams, and developers to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain quality metrics and testing documentation.
- Ensure deliverables meet customer expectations and internal quality standards.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives.

- Exposure to defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of HTML, XML, or web technologies.
- Knowledge of accessibility and usability testing is an advantage.
