Reports to: CRO / Head of Growth
Location: Remote(India)
Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field MBA from IIM, ISB, or other top tier business schools.

Role Mandate
As Director – Marketing, you own top-of-funnel growth and sourced pipeline, using AI to exponentially extend your strategic and execution capacity. You are accountable for designing the demand engine, not merely running campaigns.
You operate at the intersection of strategy,



systems, and scale - setting direction, building AI-powered workflows, and ensuring consistent pipeline contribution from priority ICPs.

Success Metrics measured on:
- 10–15 ICP-qualified meetings per month from marketing-led efforts
- 5–7 Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) per month
- $1M+ in marketing-sourced pipeline per quarter from target accounts

Activity is relevant only if it moves these outcomes.

Who You Are – An AI-Native Marketing Leader
You are a demand gen operator who thinks in terms of human + AI, not human vs AI. Concretely, you:
- Architect AI workflows, not prompts
You use AI (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) as embedded infrastructure—for market research, account intelligence, message iteration, call synthesis, reporting, and playbook creation.
- Run AI-accelerated ICP & account strategy
You combine AI with Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn to identify look-alike accounts from Codvo’s b
