We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our technical teams in delivering cutting-edge software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS), Design Patterns, and a solid understanding of Event-driven Microservices Architecture. This role will involve guiding technical architecture, collaborating closely with product managers, owning end-to-end delivery ensuring that our solutions align with market needs.
- Proven record of leading and mentoring engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Leading delivery and ownership of projects end-to-end.
- Leading team of Engineers to design and implement technical architecture and solutions based on business requirements.
- Work closely with Product Managers to understand market demands and translate them into technical strategies.
- Oversee CI/CD processes using tools such as Bitbucket/Git and Jenkins to ensure efficient deployment.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure with a strong understanding of AWS and its associated services.
- Ensure robust database management and design using MySQL and MongoDB.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI-driven development tools, and drive practical adoption to improve engineering productivity and platform capabilities
