- Ability to conduct and synthesise user research to inform experience design decisions.
- Experience designing digital experiences across learning platforms, tools, or ecosystems
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills across multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into explicit, usable design artefacts.
- Systems thinking and the ability to design experiences end-to-end across multiple touchpoints environments.

- Comfort working in agile or iterative delivery
