About the Role:
As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be the custodian of IIDE’s brand across categories, audiences, and campuses.
You will define and execute brand strategy, lead integrated campaigns and teams, and ensure that brand building directly contributes to business growth.
This role requires a strong strategic lens, hands-on execution ability, and comfort operating at the intersection of brand, performance, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own brand communication and visibility across social media, PR, influencers, events, partnerships, and campus activations
- Lead integrated brand campaigns from idea to execution across digital and offline channels across all consumer-facing touchpoints
- Define content strategy and storytelling direction; drive execution through in-house designers, video editors, and/or external partners
- Plan marketing calendars and track campaign performance across awareness, engagement, and business impact
- Manage creative, Social, PR & influencer teams; collaborate closely with grow
