Requirements:
- MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Nephrology (MD/DNB in Nephrology) or equivalent.
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent regulatory body).
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and Acute Kidney Injury (AKI).
- Hands-on experience or training in Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis protocols and complications.
- Competence in performing and interpreting Renal Biopsies.
- Solid understanding of electrolyte management, fluid balance, and acid-base physiology.
- Excellent clinical decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and under time constraints.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and shift-based duties.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and clinical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship or residency experience in internal medicine or critical care.
- Experience in a tertiary care or hospital-based nephrology setting.
- Interest in clinical research or academic contributions in nephrology.
