Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned PGT Chemistry lessons to Classes 11–12, adhering strictly to CBSE syllabus and examination patterns.
- Design and execute lab-based experiments, safety protocols, and practical assessments that reinforce theoretical concepts.
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments, personalized feedback, and remedial support for underperforming learners.
- Participate in residential school life—including dormitory supervision, co-curricular activities, and student mentoring—ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.
- Collaborate with department heads and faculty to refine pedagogy, develop teaching aids, and integrate digital tools into classroom delivery.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings, academic reviews, and school events to maintain transparent communication and uphold institutional values.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- PGT Chemistry certification or equivalent qualification recognized by CBSE
- Proven teaching experience in CBSE senior secondary classrooms (Classes 11–12)
- Robust command of Chemistry lab techniques and safety protocols
- Experience with classroom technology tools (Smart Boards, LMS, digital simulations)
- Ability to manage residential student life and contribute to hostel routines
- Familiarity with CBSE board exam pattern, marking schemes, and syllabus updates
Preferred
- Experience in residential or boarding school settings
- Knowledge of NCERT textbooks and supplementary reference materials
