Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator with hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, and content creation. The role focuses on managing social media activities, coordinating marketing campaigns, supporting website content updates, and ensuring brand-aligned communication across platforms. The candidate must be organised, detail-driven, and comfortable working in a structured, process-oriented marketing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing and Content Creation:
- Create clear, engaging content for social media posts, marketing campaigns, website pages, blogs, and email communication.
- Develop and edit basic graphics, creatives, and visual assets using tools such as Canva or similar.
- Support website updates by adding new content, coordinating with designers/developers, and ensuring accurate and SEO-friendly publishing.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and digital assets aligned with the brand guidelines.

Campaign & Social Media Management:
- Plan, schedule,



and publish posts across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Assist in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns, including LinkedIn ads, boosted posts, and basic paid promotions.
- Track performance metrics for campaigns and social media activities, and document insights for optimisation.
- Maintain a structured posting workflow and ensure timely execution of planned activities.
- Work with the graphic design team to ensure all campaign visuals are brand-consistent and delivered on time.

Website & Digital Operations:
- Coordinate website content updates, including service pages, banners, blog uploads, and product details.
- Support basic SEO tasks such as keyword placement, on-page updates, and content optimisation.
- Work with internal or external teams to ensure website visuals and communication match brand standards.
