About the Role

Independent Software Vendors embedding
Rubiscape's Decision Intelligence capabilities into their own products
represent one of the fastest-growing channels for the platform. As ISV
Partnership Manager you will identify, recruit, and activate ISV partners that
can embed RubiSight dashboards, RubiAI Copilot capabilities, or full Rubiscape
studio modules into their vertical applications — unlocking OEM and white-label
revenue streams for Rubiscape. You will negotiate commercial frameworks,
oversee technical onboarding through Rubiscape's partner APIs, and build joint
go-to-market motions that help ISVs differentiate their products with AI-native
analytics. This role will shape a new and strategically important revenue
pillar for Rubiscape's ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and recruit ISV
partners in BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, agri-tech, and government
verticals that can embed Rubiscape capabilities to enhance their SaaS products.

· Structure and negotiate OEM and
white-label agreements — licensing models, API consumption tiers, revenue-share




arrangements, and support obligations.

· Own ISV technical onboarding:
coordinate with Rubiscape's platform engineering team to provision sandbox
environments, API credentials, and embedded analytics SDKs for partner
developers.

· Define joint GTM plays with ISV
partners — co-sell into shared accounts, joint press releases, marketplace
listings, and reference customer programmes.

· Track ISV partner-influenced
ARR, API usage metrics, and embedded deployment counts; report to leadership on
partnership health and commercial contribution.

· Act as the primary escalation
point for ISV partners experiencing integration challenges, commercial
disputes, or support issues — ensuring resolution within agreed SLAs.

· Develop ISV partner playbooks,
integration guides, and business-case templates that reduce
time-to-first-deployment for current ISV partners.
