- Craft clear, concise, and informative responses to customer questions related to our ecommerce products and services.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English with a strong command of grammar and punctuation.
- Basic understanding of ecommerce concepts and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
