Job Description:

We are hiring experienced resources for a Service Desk Management (Voice) role with a leading multinational company in Bangalore. The role involves managing service desk functions, acting as a single point of contact for service users, and delivering high-quality customer support across multiple service channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage one or more customer service or service desk functions
- Act as the primary point of contact for users reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services
- Provide customer support through voice, digital, self-service, and automated channels
- Ensure timely issue resolution in line with SLA and process guidelines
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain service quality standards

Requirements
Experience:
- Technical graduate freshers are eligible

Education:
- Graduation is mandatory




- IT graduates preferred with basic troubleshooting knowledge

Language Requirement:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proper email etiquette
- No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence)

Other Requirements:
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to work in night shifts
- Work From Office only
