Key Responsibilities:

Work Timings
- Maintain punctual attendance at the assigned HDFC Bank branch by 9:30 AM every working day.

Target Achievement
- Motivate and guide the team to achieve organizational and business goals.
- Regularly interact and coordinate with Line Managers, Channel Partners, Third-Party Product Teams, and Bank teams to ensure smooth business operations and target accomplishment.

Lead Management
- Visit customer locations independently or along with the HDFC Bank team whenever required (approximately 20–25 km from the assigned bank branch or office).
- Drive customer engagement initiatives and achieve assigned business targets in coordination with bank stakeholders.
- Focus on profitability, customer engagement, and maintaining robust liaison with bank stakeholders.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders, including Bank teams, NBFCs, Business Partners,



and Third-Party Partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with AL, CV, CE, TW, and Tractor channel partners and stakeholders.
- Engage regularly with HDFC Bank stakeholders, including AL, CV, CE, TW, and Tractor business teams.
- Contact all allocated stakeholders (Bank Branch Managers, Deputy Branch Managers, Sales Managers, Deputy Sales Associates, etc.) every morning to obtain daily business commitments.
- Update commitments and engagement activities in the Engagement Tracker on a daily basis.

Working Calendar
- Mandatory working on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays in alignment with Bank's working schedule.
- Willingness to work extended hours during month-end closures and bank campaign periods, as business demands.
