- To handle shortfall cases which are write off using various legal tools
- Filing of EP’s
- Filing of Police Complaints in NPA
- Obtain warrant and execution
- Resolution of cases which flow in NPA
- Handle a team of Legal officer & take help for Collection team for resolution.
- Handle Legal cases for the are
- Handle a team of Legal officer & Branch Legal Managers
- To ensure settlements are handled for Commercial vehicle customers which are diligent and repayment is not happening in that customer sourced.
