Job Summary:

The Accounts
Executive (Internal Auditor) is responsible for conducting independent and
objective assessments of an organization's financial operations, internal
controls, and compliance with policies and regulations. They identify risks,
evaluate controls, and provide recommendations to enhance operational
efficiency, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance. The Accounts Executive
(Internal Auditor) works closely with various departments, management, and
external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting and safeguarding of
assets.

Duties and
Responsibilities:
- · Plan
and execute internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls,
financial systems, and operational processes.
- · Conduct
risk assessments to identify potential areas of vulnerability and recommend
appropriate controls and procedures.
- · Evaluate
the reliability, accuracy, and integrity of financial information and ensure
compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
- · Perform
detailed testing of transactions, records,



and financial statements to identify
errors, irregularities, or discrepancies.
- · Review
and analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and
areas for improvement.
- · Document
audit findings, prepare comprehensive audit reports, and communicate results to
management, highlighting areas of concern and recommendations for improvement.
- · Collaborate
with management and process owners to develop action plans and monitor the
implementation of audit recommendations.
- · Assist
in the development and maintenance of internal control policies, procedures,
and guidelines.
- · Stay
updated with changes in accounting standards, regulations, and best practices
in internal auditing.
- · Coordinate
and collaborate with external auditors during the annual financial audit and
provide necessary support and documentation.
